Professional Background
Shaddi Kamiabipour has over 30 years of experience as an attorney, including 28 years with the County of Orange, where she served as a senior deputy district attorney and later as Assistant Head of Court for the Insurance Fraud Unit until her retirement in 2023. She successfully tried more than 85 jury trials and, beginning in 2009, focused her practice on prosecuting complex insurance fraud cases.
Over 14 years, Ms. Kamiabipour prosecuted more than 60 defendants involved in over $500 million in fraudulent activity, including healthcare, public works, insider, and large-scale medical provider fraud. She is widely recognized for her ability to distill complex investigations into clear, persuasive courtroom presentations.
